What's new in 0.4.0
CueRadar 0.4.0
A major performance and reliability release — CueRadar now stays fast and responsive with very large libraries.
New
- See why a track got its grade. Hover any grade for a plain-language explanation — e.g. "This file says it's 320 kbps, but it's likely really only about 192 — that's why it's graded Poor." The track's details spell out the full reasoning, and hovering the sidebar grades tells you what each one means.
- Graceful handling of missing files. Tracks whose files have been moved or deleted are automatically hidden from your library, and a clear banner appears when a drive holding your music is disconnected — reconnect it and your tracks come right back.
- Bigger default window so every panel is visible the moment you open the app.
- Solved bug reports are now clearly marked in the Roadmap & Issues list, so it's easy to see what's already been fixed.
Fixed
- Large libraries stay smooth. Scanning and browsing very large collections no longer slows the interface to a crawl — the app stays responsive throughout a scan and handles far bigger libraries than before.
- No more freeze when selecting a track — clicking a track now opens it instantly.
